How have you found the ebook so far?

I have found the ebook literally a god send in all honesty. I was an avid sports lover partaking in various sports such as football, athletics, tennis, cricket etc. However, as I grew older I didn’t make as much time as I should have, coupled with various other aspects in life I did put on weight. I literally ballooned from 70kg all the way up to 114kg at my worst in the space of 5 years. It was only when I fell ill in hospital due to a horrible diet and literally zero exercise that I acted upon it. At first I made adjustments to my diet and just started doing cardio, I didn’t have the confidence to do weight training as I had never done it previously nor had the knowledge. Having gone from 114kg to 96kg I realised I had plateaued and parts of my body was very saggy to say the least, it is only then I decided to start on the 16 week strength training which at the end of the programme I finished on 79kg.

I found the ebook amazing in the sense of the structure and thought process behind it. Everything was clear, concise and the blueprint which more or less laid out for you, all I had to do was follow it, easier said then done though lol. However, the greatest thing about the ebook is that for a novice like me, all the exercises were also demonstrated, this was crucial for someone like me as even the basic to most was completely Alien to me. Furthermore, another great thing about the ebook is that it doesn’t let you settle in, it is constantly evolving week by week and always keeping you on your toes throughout the entire plan.

Why should anyone get it?

I think there are many reasons why people should make a “crucial investment” into a better them by getting the ebook, reasons such as:
-very reasonably priced
-it’s for all individuals, whether you’re an experienced lifter or even a novice like me
-although it is called a strength training programme, I believe it is a very multifunctional programme, as a result of it, I burned off fat, put on muscle and also started leaning out.
-also another great reason to get the ebook is that it is a great source of outlet to keep the mind fresh with all that happens in life, you go to the gym with a specific plan and look to conquer them. This was vital for me as I did the programme during my Masters studies and as I said was a great outlet when I needed to get away from studying for a few hours.

What made you financial invest into the ebook when other ebooks and workout?

I would genuinely have to say that the programme was sold based on Hendricks personality itself. A very straightforward guy, genuine, knowledgable but most importantly he just seemed a normal person, when you speak to him you get a sense he is just like us and you’re not speaking to someone that you feel Doesn’t care as much and you feel as though it’s generic responses. So once again I would have to say it’s a very personalised customer service from Hendricks. Also I have tried other personnels such as FrancisDiet, that was a horrible experience whereby I was robbed of £100, threatened and belittled. Therefore I do believe it’s very important to not only think about the programme but the type of individual you’re investing in.

Challenging & highly – rewarding

This isn’t a scam you’re sold on whereby you’re told “you get my plan, I will get you a six pack in 4 weeks”, you’re told from the get go that it’s tough, be patient to work hard, put effort in. All this leads to results which without being melodramatic are guaranteed results if you follow the programme correctly and give it your all. Results that filter in all aspects of your life to created a healthier, stronger and better you.

How have you found the ebook so far?

As cringy as this may or may not sound, I personally have found the ebook life changing!! Like I expressed my gratitude towards you few weeks back, this ebook has helped me come a long long way!! It generally has helped me fall in love with the gym again!! I’ve been out the gym now for almost two years! Before that I was a gym freak easily going 5-6 times a week! But due to personal reasons some in my reach and some out i stopped and as you can imagine piled on the pounds!! With this program which does come with your optional online help for the duration of the program I think I have fallen in love with training again and by far in the best shape of my life both mentally and physically!!!

Why should anyone get it?

I genuinely believe that no other plan out there is as meticulously planned the way yours has! There’s a lot of people that can just copy and paste plans and programs out there! Change it up a bit and charge you silly money!! Reason why yours stand out in my opinion is by going through the program you can tell that it was tried and tested before you released it!! From the reps to the sets to the amount of rest you take, everything seems to fit into place seamlessly!! Also, most programs comes with exercises!! If a newbie signs up to a program he or she may not know some exercises. For a guy who’s been training 4 years consistently before stopping even I didn’t know a few!! However, the video guides that you provide with the program which demonstrates each and everyone one of the exercises is something that i don’t think comes with any other program. Instead you’re having to waste time on YouTube and Google etc to find out what they are lol! I can’t force anyone else to buy your program, but I genuinely would recommend it highly to anyone serious about seeing real changes!!! I’ve never even done certain powerlifting exercises in your program! But now I’m pushing weights that i would never thought I could and genuinely get such a good buzz going through the set exercises with its reps and sets! I’m now going to the gym not cause I have to but more so cause I enjoy it!!! That being said I’m not gonna lie, there’s certain weeks I was cursing you under my breathe cause it felt like death was a less painful ordeal lol. But I can’t fault you on that!! When you said this program isn’t for the weak, I can fully back you on that! This program will have you feeling like you’ve been run over by a Lorry, but the end feeling and end goal is so satisfying and worth it!! All in all, the best advice I can give any potential people of trying this program is, to invest in your health now and thank yourself later cause like I said , not only did this program help me physically but also a lot mentally!! Which has helped me in other aspects of my life.

As vain as this may sound, the reason why I went with you instead of the tons of other people I saw and viewed was due to you being someone who practices what he preaches!! Seeing your progression of also you using your own program helped me decide to go with yours. Also the condition that yourself was in pushed me towards your direction!! I do believe that in an industry such as the fitness that the best business card you can have is your own physique. However, your knowledge that also comes with it is second to none!! Some may be able to get the six pacs and what not for themselves but struggle to get results for others. But I do believe that you do both! And I think myself and you are testimony to that. The actual program itself in my opinion is money well spent! I don’t personally think the program alone is too expensive in comparison to others other there. The optional one on one help which I went for is amazing!! No way did I imagine that you’d reply to my emails and request for help at 5am in the morning and 8-9pm during evening. It genuinely did feel as though you was just a quick text away!!! Driving me forward and helping me correct form if needed! Certain “online coaches” out there taking two days to simple respond where I got instant response off you which was very reassuring!

I’ve bought a couple of fitness programmes, never really stuck to them, got bored and reverted back to my own workouts. This Hendricks programme though……..KILLER! I work 65+ hours a week behind a desk but still cannot wait to get in the gym and smash each session! Don’t be fooled though, this ain’t for the weak hearted. I’ve failed on a few sessions and I’m only 3 weeks in! Simply put, I love it, worth every penny and yes Man or woman you NEED to purchase a copy if you’re serious about health and fitness and making a change to better yourself!

How have you found the ebook so far? 
I have found the programme terrific so far, really challenging but obviously depends on how much you push yourself with the weights. The structure is very good and reading from Week 1 – 16 you see clear progression and how your body and strength should develop over the period.
 
Have you seen any progress in your strength and/or physique yet?
I’m currently on week 6 and I have seen clear difference in my strength, I’m getting back to where I was about 8 months ago before shoulder and quad injuries. I’m taking pictures every 4 weeks and I have already seen changes to my physique. My aim is to get to 200kg Deadlift and Bench and Squat by the end of 2016 and I’m confident this programme can get me there.
 
Why should anyone get it ? 
-If they get bored with the same weekly workouts, this programme is diverse with different rep ranges, set numbers, exercises
-If they want clear structure when they hit the gym
-]If they want to be strong and have sho-muscles. Not be weak with sho-muscles
 
What made you financial invest into the ebook when other Ebooks and workout programmes vary from £9.99 – £69.99? 
I brought the book as your Instagram is very motivating, the way you train appeals to me high intensity with the weights, rep ranges.
I believe a purchase like this is a purchase for life almost as paying £100 for example now will benefit me this year as I plan to go through this programme 3 times this calendar year. I will still have this for the foreseeable future to return to when I see fit.

Great ebook I have never invested in a training programme before because I felt they were basic but this is very detailed with video descriptions of exercises I don’t know of.  

Have you seen any progress in your strength and/or physique yet?
My strength has gone up drastically I do things I wouldn’t dare to do before I started this programme I’m more confident with heavier weight and my physique is out of this world 

Why should anyone get it ? 
Anyone that’s thinking about getting get it I wouldn’t like the 1st couple of weeks were very hard I even fell sick after week 2 but come the beginning of week 3 I gained more mass looked more lean at the same time also there’s Abbs and cardio

Other ebooks didn’t interest at all because this programme Hendrick actually tried it out before he sold it to people he is still doing it now and we all can see what he’s capable of like look at him. I’m thinking about 190KG for 3 by 3 next week and I’m not even worried about it like come this is the programme for everyone Im worried that when it’s done I wouldn’t know how to top this like I can’t go back to normal routines

The ebook is easy to follow and understand. The videos are great help for work outs I have never done before.

Have you seen any progress in your strength and/or physique yet?
I saw a difference within two weeks doing the program. I am nearing the end of the 3rd week and I am surprised at how much strength and a change in my physique has happened so quickly.  

Why should anyone get it?
If you are a beginner or a experienced weight trainer you will learn new things about your self doing this program. I am surprised at how much I can actually push my self as for years I have always trained on and off but sticking to regular 3 sets of 8-10 or 12,10,8,6 rep range which eventually started to bore me. This program will keep you entertained and motivated as it’s always changing its training routines every few weeks. I believe when I have finished this program not only will my strength and physique improve but also my knowledge in weight training.

What made you financial invest into the ebook when other Ebooks and workout programmes vary from £9.99 – £59.99?
I have followed Hendrick on Instagram for over a year watching his training routines and advice. As he is a natural weight lifter I have taken his advice on board also his story inspired me to get back into the gym. I then saw he was making his own training program as well as doing it him self which I respected. I have always trained on and off but I’d either gain a lot of strength but not a great deal of size or gain size but lose strength. I needed something that was going to give me both and this program was designed for that. I also find the price of this program fair to say it is a 16 week program with so many different training routines along with explanations and videos.

How have you found the ebook so far? 
It’s not a game, you really have to commit to it. But when you do, the gains you’ll see are crazy, especially on the strength side (for me anyway). And for someone that’s been training on and off with minimum results, the quick results have motivated me so much to see it through to the end. Its easy to follow plus you’ve got all the videos for every single exercise on there. Being able to get H’s support was crucial as well, he was quick with the replies as well which was really helpful.  

Have you seen any progress in your strength and/or physique yet?
I’m on week 6 and I’ve managed to add around 15kg to my deadlifts, plus I’ve gained about a stone in that time. 

Why should anyone get it ? 
If you’re ready to put some work in for some real results, it’s the one to go for.

I believe you get what you pay for plus I’ve been following Hendrick’s @supermanhf insta page for a while and I’ve seen his transformation to where he is now. I wanted that for myself and I believe he’s the man for the job.

It’s easy to read and easy to follow, I just downloaded it on my phone it makes life so much easier. Seeing how much the intensity levels up from one week to the next, motivates you to go all out on every session.

So far I’ve found the Ebook really helpful, it’s given a lot more structure to my workouts and introduced a lot of different exercises to what was my usual workout routine. Definitely learnt a lot from it.

I’ve seen progress in both areas. Mostly in my hamstrings as doing this programme has made me realise how much I’ve neglected my hamstrings. 

Why should anyone get it ? 
I feel like people should buy it if they’re looking to push themselves out of their comfort zone, if they’re looking to increase their own knowledge when It come to working out, if they want to increase strength or generally if they feel like they aren’t progressing physically or aesthetically in their current workout plan.

As I’ve tried cheaper plans before hand but because I hadn’t financially invested in the plan I didn’t stick it out. So buy paying more, I’ve found myself to be a lot more disciplined and will for sure stick it out for 16 weeks to reap the full benefits of the programme and get the most out of my money.
