An ebook that is a 16-week programme focusing on strength training and muscle building. This programme has been tested and works. It is currently used by clients online, in one to one PT sessions and by Hendrick himself.

The eBook consists of a lot of exercises surrounding heavy lifting, along with technical explainations and reasons for each method of training. There are also videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise.
